Dear Friend of the Gospel,
Jesus Christ stated, “And this gospel of
the Kingdom shall be preached in all the world for a witness unto all nations;
and then shall the end come.” (Matt. 24: 14) Our Saviour was answering the
question from His disciples: “Tell us,
when shall these things be? And what shall be the sign of Thy Coming, and of
the end of the world?” (Matt. 24: 3)
Jesus outlined all the things that would come
upon the earth, including wars, persecution, famines, pestilences, earthquakes,
false prophets, great sinfulness, and spiritual coldness among believers. He declared
that His Gospel would be preached as a WITNESS throughout the entire world.
A Witness to what? A WITNESS to His deity,
incarnation, righteousness, vicarious death for the entire world, His burial,
resurrection, ascension and glorification. A witness to the power of His shed
blood to purge the conscience, cleanse from sin, destroy the power of Satan and
heal all sickness and disease.
A witness
to the keeping power of the Gospel of Christ and to fill believers with the
Holy Spirit! And a witness to the truth of His imminent Return to rapture the
Church and to judge the quick (alive) and the dead! HALLELUJAH!

A. Stanley Jones, a missionary to India, wrote:
“A
Hindu philosopher stated, ‘My study of history
shows me that there is a moral pivot in the world and the best life of both
East and West is more and more revolving around that moral pivot. That moral
pivot is the Person of Jesus Christ. History is turning out to be His-Story.’”
An
old Gospel song called, Supper Time
by Ira F. Stamphill gets more real each time I hear it. We are privileged to
hear it sung occasionally by Vern Peterson at the House of Prayer on Hiway 623 south of
New Sarepta, Alberta.
WILLIAM GLADSTONE, Great Britain’s greatest
Prime Minister under Queen Victoria, said: “Talk about the questions of the day. There
is but one question, and that is the Gospel. That can and will correct
everything! I am glad to say that about all the men at the top in Great Britain
are Christians. I have been in public positions fifty-eight years, all but
eleven of them in the Cabinet of the British Government, and during those
forty-seven years have been associated with sixty of the master-minds of the
century, and all but five were Christians.”
In order for the Gospel of Jesus Christ
to be preached as a Witness, with signs, wonders and miracles confirming His
WORD, there is still much work left for us to do. That is why Donna and I are laboring
intensely to get the Gospel out on Youtube and by Gospel Literature to as many
as possible before the End does come!
