Rev. Max Solbrekken & Rev. Omar Cabrera made History
when they were given a permit to conduct a Gospel Crusade
in Cordova, Argentina, May 1-10, 1978, during Military Rule.
48,000 people attended the final meeting. Rev. Omar Cabrera
organized an official meeting with Rev. Solbrekken and the
Colonials who governed that District. Rev. Max demaded that
they stop the official persecution of the Evangelicals and the
Pentecostals, to which they agreed. They then allowed the
Canadian Preacher to pray for them and their families. Two
weeks later, Omar returned to that same Football Field and
drew 17,000 people. Within 18 months his church had grown
from zero to 9,000 persons and the revival swept Argentina!
